Pain & Suffering
Words Of Divine Wisdom And Underlying Truth From Inner-Voice Sessions
“those phases of suffering or places of pain are always transcended, are always transmuted, are always overcome. The light is so so so bright, that when you look back, you see more light than darkness. More love than the pain. It overrides. Everything will be looked back on in this way. That’s what reconciliation is.”
Facilitator: Should we minimize the pain by going into the future or dive into it?
Wisdom of the Inner-Voice “Both. Of course keep your depth, keep your knowing I the light, in the strength in the unseen, having that belief, having that faith, in what you’ve had glimpse of before, what you’ve felt before, when you’ve been in this depth. when you’ve been beyond the mind and beyond the ego and beyond the surface. Of course that helps to keep your feeling, keep your body, turn your mind away from the surface and into the depths, the depths of the ocean, or away from the dark clouds, knowing yes the storm is there, yes the clouds are dark, but the sun is still in the sky, the sun is bright , the sun will always be there, sun is always burning, its rays are beautiful and bright and full of endless light, endless rays. The storm clears, the storm passes.
So yes stay rooted, stay deep in the light, in the sun, in the ocean depths, in this inner truth, in this underlying divinity.
But also yes, just like labor, you can minimize and soften the pain on the contractions by allowing them. You’re not resisting the storm, trying to refute it or refuse it. Accepting that its there, accepting that this contraction is here, feeling it, being in it, while being deep, bringing the light into it. Of course not resisting, the resistance will only prolong, will only cause greater tension, will only cause more pain. Learning to accept and be in it and with it.
Learning to draw from that deeper place within. It’s like shining more light in the clouds, in the storm so it will pass with more ease, or more quickly or at least even if it’s rainy and cloudy, there’s still also some little rays of sunshine and beauty coming through.
Piercing,
Piercing
Piercing.
Of course it comes back to presence and acceptance.
Allowing
Feeling
Passing
And shining.
It’ll happen again, but you keep glowing bright and brighter. Keeps building up. Building up.
More stars in the sky.
More light in the stream of all.”
