“when something is sparked you have a curiosity, you can follow that”
“part of it is the trying… feeling the contrast… causing discomfort vs. the enjoyment and the feeling of nourishment and that it’s what the body can handle… not forcing not pushing, the contrast between those two feelings, that helps to know. And then also how it comes, how it’s sparked. It can save time to not try things that are not for you by allowing things to flow and align rather than out of the energy of seeking out, out of heaviness and force and I need to fix …. Of being driven, the intention of desperation and fixing and.. identity in the external, that can cause more frustration and wasting time on things that only scratch the surface they don’t get deeper to the roots. But when things align and flow from curiosity… like asking friends or things being shared with you and seeing those connections and those dots of alignment and flow, of coincidence, those are the things that can be for you, that are coming to you, that we are bringing for you, we are bringing them into your awareness because they are the things to nourish and get to the root”
“if the teacher says something and you see it again and again then you can try it”
Facilitator- so you bring what’s aligning through external signs and repetition?
Wisdom of the Inner-voice “yes…I help with your awareness with your attention and direct you in the right direction”
[It is not aligning for you] “when you don’t have a sensation in your body, when you feel like all it is ‘A SHOULD’. It doesn’t matter the science because some things will work for some people and that the beauty of diversity of life”
“sometimes it’s okay, it’s okay to read the articles, it’s okay to listen to the podcasts but you have to go in, you have to go in, you have to experience it and know what’s right for you… grow and learn from…. Try and feel and find the context of the environment as well as the context of her body in terms of what to follow, what not to follow… that’s how we know what is for our well-being what makes the body thrive and flourish compared to what makes the body aggravated. When we just follow from the story and we’re just trying from what we are told to do without the inner-questioning, without the inner-feeling, that’s when imbalance builds up, because we get stuck in a routine and strictness of doing things that are building up in the body that are not for our body, it’s okay for a time, once again the contrast can help us know the deeper truth of what we thrive with and what we dwindle from…. Don’t get attached to a rhythm or a routine and that mental story of this is what’s right this is what’s wrong, it depends, it depends on the context, it depends on the body”
